City and Class Officers
Atlanta is home – the whole metro area – and we welcome all Atlanta Scotties (or Scotties visiting the area) to join events for alumnae across the Atlanta area.
Two strong chapters anchor the Atlanta alumnae experience – the Atlanta Chapter and the Decatur Chapter – each with leaders that help plan programming.
Membership is not limited to one chapter. In fact, many Atlanta Scotties frequently attend various alumnae events, hosted by either chapter or the Office of Alumnae Relations, throughout the city.

We are actively recruiting leaders to help form additional chapters and groups in Metro Atlanta, or simply help us organize events that meet the wants and needs of all our hometown Scottie alums.
Outside the Perimeter – north and south, Young (G.O.L.D.) alums, Black Alums, Alums of Color as well as the SUMMIT Career Connect Network alums, are just a few of the groups that we are interested in forming and for whom we are working to develop events and programs.
The Atlanta chapter structure currently includes opportunities for twice-annual planning with leaders from across the city.
If you are interested in leading or joining with alums in Atlanta, please contact the Office of Alumnae Relations alumnae@agnesscott.edu or 404.471.6323.
Other Cities and Regions
Local alums are invited to share news of events that you are hosting during this time. The Office of Alumnae Relations is not hosting any in-person events until public health officials deem this safe and appropriate.
Depending on your location and local ordinances, in-person events may be possible.
Please share news of your local events with us, including remote or virtual events.
