The Catalyst Leadership Fellow Program is a four-year, cohort-based leadership development program that helps students further develop their purpose, live honorably, and affect change.
While each year of the Catalyst Leadership Fellows Program has an intentional focus, we believe that our students learn best when involved in a learning community. As such, Catalyst Fellows will have a chance to delve into topics together in bi-weekly meetings and once-a-semester retreats to cover a variety of topics:
- Ethical leadership
- Examination of Evolving Identities
- Controversy with civility
- Strengths-based leadership through CliftonStrengths
Year One: Self-Reflection
Starting in your second semester at Agnes Scott, you'll be invited to join our leadership learning community to discuss your leadership journey and explore:

- Personal accountability
Year Three: Living Honorably

Year Four: Affecting Change
At the closing of year four, you'll prepare to leave Agnes Scott and continue your leadership journey post-graduation. Graduates will receive a graduation cord to symbolize the completion of the leadership program. Year four's topics include:
