Year One: Developing Purpose
Starting in your sophomore year, you'll participate in a weekend-long retreat focused on learning to develop your own authentic path, connect to groups and causes that you care about and commit to a plan to be a catalyst for yourself and the groups to which you belong. During the program, you'll explore:
- Exploration of values
- Identifying passions and areas of interest within global contexts
- Connect your major and/or specialization to your purpose
Year Two: Living Honorably
In your junior year, you'll continue to expound on the skills developed by continuing to attend regular leadership development workshops and creating and managing a service project of your choosing.
- Ethical leadership
- Personal accountability
- Global citizenship
Year Three: Affecting Change
At the closing of year three, you'll prepare for leaving Agnes Scott and continuing your leadership journey post-graduation. Graduates will receive a graduation cord to symbolize the completion of the leadership program. Year three's topics include:
- Leading and executing change
- Advocacy in Actions
- Seeking professional and personal connection with aligned values
- Senior celebration and presentation to Catalyst leaders and the Agnes Scott community
