Break Housing Information

 

November Break Housing

All residents are expected to sign out with their RA for the November 21st - 25th break.
Registration for November Break Housing is now closed as of Friday, November 2nd.

If your plans change after submitting a request to stay, you can log back in to cancel the request.

Important notes:
-The dining hall will be closed. You will need to make personal arrangements for meals.
-The food pantry in Winship Hall will be available during specific hours to be announced.
-Most campus departments will close at noon on November 21st.
-No guests or overnight visitors are allowed in residential areas during break periods.
-Residents will remain in their current spaces UNLESS there is low occupancy in your hall/complex, and you will be asked to consolidate in a building to be determined dependent on occupancy.

Winter Break Housing

All residents are expected to sign out with their RA for the December 18th - January 6th break. Residents who need to stay on campus for any part of the break, should complete this form by November 21st. Please fill out this form using your Agnes Scott email account.

Registration for Winter Break Housing

Limited accommodation will be available for housing during the break. A fee of $125 per week will be posted to your account in Spring 2019 if you chose to stay. THIS FEE DOES NOT APPLY TO IN-SEASON ATHLETES NOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS. If you do not submit this form by November 21st, you will be charged a late fee of $25.
